Return & Refund Policy

Your Unique Doll is custom made just for you at our factory, from the specific doll options you have chosen. As this is a custom product created just for you, once production of your custom doll has begun your order may not be cancelled for any reason.

Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.

Returns and refund are accepted only if you have received an incorrect item due to our error, or a defective item. In which case we are happy to pay for the return shipping, fix or replace the item at no additional charge and ship it back to you. (standard production and shipping times apply).

You have 2 calendar days after package delivery date to report any problem. Please inspect your doll as soon as she arrives.

Sex dolls are sex toys and are not returnable for any reason if used.
